Weld-on or bolt-on?
Through our extensive testing in such events as the Peterson 4 Wheel and Off-Road Ultimate Adventure, Detroit Locker Trail Tour, Australian Outback Challenge, Pre-Running Baja 1000, Extensive Baja Expeditions, Middle East Desert (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Oman), and Northern Africa along with various other places such as Rubicon Trail, Hammer Trails, Moab etc. we have come to the conclusion that welding, were possible is ALWAYS the choice of professionals. All our Weld-On products are engineered with an overkill amount of welding surface to allow the weekend warrior to full professional install these with ease and confidence.
What is the advantage of the EVO Front Coilover System?
Through our extensive engineering, we designed the front coilover tower to accept the coilover in the highest possible location in the wheel well, giving you the ability to run a 12” or 14” travel coilover with the same kit. This also allows you to have the lowest CG and most travel of any coilover kit, PERIOD.
We do offer a bolt on version. From our experience after giving this option to the customer and explaining the benefits of the weld on version, our customers have 100% chosen to have this critical component welded on due to the increased strength and less maintenance.
What is the advantage of the EVOLever?
The EVOLever was designed to give 14” of wheel travel without the need to cut a hole in the body of your Jeep. Another major benefit to this system is that your shock and your spring are completely above the axle housing at all times keeping your critical and valuable coilovers out of harms way while also giving your jeep unmatched ground clearance by allowing you to remove inches off your factory control arm bracket where your shock originally mounted.
Are your coilover kits able to be driven on the street?
Absolutely. Many of our customers feel more comfortable driving on the street after installing our systems. The overall ride quality is unsurpassed on and off road.
What do EVO C2 Axle gussets do?
Through our extensive experience with Jeep Wranglers we have seen that many of the factory axle inner C’s are weak and yield regularly. When these C’s bend they are not easily or cheaply fixed and therefore gusseting these before they bend and after they have bent are a very important modification you can make to your wrangler before or after you install larger wheels and tires.
Are the Factory Inner C’s weldable?
The factory inner C’s are made of 1045 Forged Steel and are 100% weld able to the EVO C2 Gussets. Don’t take our word for it, look how the factory installed them to your axle housing tube.
What do EVO 44 Magnum Sealed Axle Sleeves Do?
This product is designed to increase JK axle housing strength by 30% while incorporating dual seals to prevent debris from entering the axle tubes. Combining these two tried and true technologies will not only increase the strength of your axle housing, but will also help to prevent premature failure of the costly to replace inner axle seals. The EVO 44 Magnum’s work with both Dana 30 and Dana 44 JK axles.
